Spots are filling up fast in the 2026 recruiting class for the Wisconsin football team. Before June, the Badgers had just six committed players in their class. Now, they have 13 committed players.

But there are still some spots left to fill, and the Wisconsin coaching staff has the Badgers right in the thick of things with a few remaining targets.

It’s not an expansive list, but here are a few names I would keep an eye on over the next month or two for potential additions to the Badgers’ 2026 class.

7: DL Ben Duncum - 3-star - Austin, TX

The Badgers already have Djidjou Bah and Arthur Scott as committed defensive linemen in the class, but adding another body along the line wouldn’t hurt. Scott is more of an interior defensive lineman, and Bah may end up standing up and playing as more of an edge than a defensive lineman.

Ben Duncum would be a nice addition for Mike Tressel and the Wisconsin defensive line. The 6’5”, 255 lb has played with his hand in the dirt or standing up on the edge for Lake Travis High School.

The 3-star DL has 28 Division 1 offers and a handful from Power 4 schools, including Wisconsin, Kentucky, Oklahoma State, Kansas State, and more. He recently visited Madison on an official visit and is scheduled to complete two more visits with Kansas State and Kentucky.

6: S Chase Geter - 3-star - Ashburn, VA

The Badgers are still retooling the secondary after the mass exodus following the season. They’ve already added safety Zachary Taylor to the class, but adding another safety or two is a priority.

3-star safety Chase Geter took an official visit with the Badgers over the weekend of June 6th. Like Taylor, Geter is a versatile player who could also play cornerback, but the Badgers like him at safety.

Geter holds offers from 27 schools, including some of the top teams in the country like Penn State and Michigan. Duke, Kentucky, Michigan State, and Syracuse are other schools Wisconsin is competing.

5: CB Jamyan Theodore - 3-star - Chattanooga, TN

Cornerback is another need on the defensive side of the ball. Right now, Carsen Eloms is the only cornerback in the Badgers’ current class. Adding another cornerback is going to be a priority for the program.

3-star cornerback Jamyan Theodore holds offers from a handful of Power 4 schools. The Badgers’ main competition for Theodore looks to be Tennessee, Kentucky, and Louisville, with whom he has all taken official visits.

The 6’0” corner is ranked the 75th player at his position according to 247Sports.

4: S Jowell Combay - 3-Star - Marietta, GA

The Badgers snuck in an official visit from 3-star safety Jowell Combay, out of Kell High School in Marietta, Ga. He took an unofficial visit with the Badgers back in April and made sure to take a return trip to Madison for an official visit.

Last week, Jombay released his top five schools before he plans to announce his commitment on July 9th. Wisconsin made the cut along with Georgia, Missouri, South Carolina, and Tennessee. So Wisconsin and a bunch of SEC teams. Not too shabby.

Safeties coach Jack Cooper has been doing a lot of great work lately, keeping the Badgers in the thick of things with multiple targets, including Combay.

3: S Nick Reddish - 3-Star - Charlotte, NC

Outside of Taylor, I think 3-star safety Nick Reddish is the Badgers’ top target at safety.
