Former Wisconsin basketball player Kamari McGee inks professional deal
Kamari McGee becomes the fifth member from the 2024 Wisconsin basketball team to sign a professional deal.

Kamari McGee spent three seasons with the Wisconsin basketball team after transferring into the program from UW-Green Bay in 2023. During his time as a Badger, he was an invaluable spark off the bench for the team. He brought energy and enthusiasm to the team since he set foot on the floor at the Kohl Center.
Last season, McGee averaged 6.5 points per game in 13 minutes per game off the bench. He gave the Badgers a big boost defensively for the team, specifically on the second unit. You never felt like there was much of a drop-off, if any, when he came into the game.
Now, he becomes the latest member of the 2024 Wisconsin basketball team to ink a professional deal. McGee will be heading to Bosnia to play for KK Jahorina.
He joins John Tonje, Steven Crowl, Carter Gilmore, and Markus Ilver as players from the team last year to sign a professional basketball contract.
